This is a Fume Extractor for resin 3D printers which have a removable transparent cover, and no ventilation. I applied it to my Elegoo Saturn, but it should fit any other resin printer, like Anycubic Photon-series, Creality LD-002, Phrozen Sonic, Zortrax Inkspire, etc. You would need: common 80mm PC fan, switch with M6 thread (or a potentiometer with integral switch), spare 5 to 12V power unit (I used a 20 years old nokia 6V one) 4,0x40mm self-tapping screws to fix the fan M3 or M4 sized bolts and nuts for installation on transparent printer cover Common 47mm vacuum cleaner hose for exhaust (amazon, or nearby scrapyard in my case) WARNING: Requires soldering wires and modification of power unit! Make sure you know what you do and how to do it safely! I accept no liability here, do it on your own risk. REMEMBER: You will need to cut and drill the 3D printer cover! If you are not sure you can do it, dont do it! Print the adapter. I used Creality Ender 3 at 0,28mm layers draft quality 20% infill, with PLA Amazon Basics filament. Cura somehow says non-Manifold surfaces, but there are none actually, it prints with no problems. Larger resin printers like Elegoo Saturn or Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K can print the appliance too. Remove the connectors from fan and power unit. Guide the cable from the fan through a cable hole to the electronics bay. Guide the power unit wires through the power hole on the backside, too. Solder fan's "-" wire with "-" wire from the power unit. Solder the "+" wire of the fan with the middle, and "+" of the power unit with the outside contact of the switch. Do not forget to insulate the solder places with thermo tube or tape. Check that when you plug the power unit into the outlet, fans turns, and it is blowing the air outwards, toward the exhaust pipe. If not, turn the fan upside-down, fix it with self-tapping screws, make sure it rotates freely with no friction. Place the switch into the M6 hole, and fix it with the nut there. It could be helpful to mark on-off positions of the switch. Make sure that you can press the thing to a flat surface without obstruction by screws or wires. Mark the holes to drill on your 3d printer cover. I drilled one, then fixed the extractor with one screw, and drilled the remaining holes using the extractor as a guide. I used 3.2mm drill bit and M3 screws with nuts. After temporary fixing the appliance, I used a marker to mark the cutout for ventilator on the inside, and removed the appliance once more. Then I used an electric handheld jigsaw to cut out the hole, about 75x75mm. After that I fixed the appliance with screws. Then you can push the vacuum cleaner pipe into the exhaust. I just open the window on top, and hang out the other end of the pipe out of the window when printing.
