Elegoo Neptune 3 Max and Plus belt tensioner

The Z sync belt on the Elegoo Neptune 3 Max and Plus can be somewhat loose. The model is easy to print and use and does not affect the functioning of the printer. The hardware required is easy to source and consists of:-1 M4x30 mm button head screw-2 flanged bearings with ID of 4 mm-1 M4 Glower washer-1 shallow M4 thumbnut-1 M4 large washer-1 M4 thumbnut -1 M4x10 mm button head screw-1 M4 V-slot nut or T-nut. The flanged bearings are fited to the M4x30 mm screw with their flanges facing outwards, followed by the Grower washer and the shallow thumbnut with its flat face facing outwards. This assembly is secured to the tensioner body thouugh the oval hole with the M4 thumbnut with the large washer between the nut and the tensioner body. The entire assembly is secured to the top extrusion of the printer with the M4x10 mm screw and the corresponding nut. Strongly advice the use of V-slot nuts as they are a lot better than T-nuts.
