This is a small filament guide that mounts on top of the filament detector / feed to prevent wear to the brass inlet of the feed. If you want to use the screws, you'll need to replace the originals with M3 x 35mm screws, otherwise, double sided tape or a 3M type adhesive pad will suffice.
