Elegoo Neptune 2 PC4-M10 ready filament guide arm for use with Escapppe's connector
thingiverse
Greetings! Just recently I got a Netune 2 and after my extruder stepper started making noises based on the filament tension (the heavier the spool, the worst) I started searching for a solution from the community. I loved [MantisGod01's approach](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4880710) using PTFE tubbing but did not want to mess with my Z axis, even a little. So I found [Escapppe's remixxed solution](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4928510) to the Z problem and decided to try my best and merge them to get the better parts of both. The result is this design, that's nothing else than Escapppe's arm_long.stl remixxed with a smaller hole at the end meant to fit a PTFE PC4-M10 fitting. To use it as intended, you will need MantisGod01's Filament_Sensor_Topper.stl and Escapppe's connector.stl. I did not include these here to force anyone looking for this to check their work too, using the links above or the *Remixed from* section at the left. Many Thanks to MantisGod01 and Escapppe for sharing their designs and to the awesome Thingiverse community. I don't have photos from the end setup yet, mainly because my fittings and PTFE tubbing order is still on transit. I will update this page as soon as I finish to set everything up.
