Elegoo Neptune 2 Filament Roller Guide

I made this filament guide to save my Elegoo Neptune 2's filament sensor from wear due to filament friction, by making the path of entry as straight as possible, whilst also eliminating any points of well, friction. You will need: 2x M3 20mm screw 1x M3 4mm screw 1x M3 washer 1x 608ZZ bearing The bearing will be a tight fit on it's axle, but that's the point. Fit the bearing first, the ring second. If you find it impossible to press the bearing on by hand, a bench press or a vice might come in handy. Or a hammer if you like to live dangerously. If the hole for the screw that secures the bearing is too loose, use a 12mm M3 screw and a nut. You will have to replace the filament sensor's screws with longer ones. I used 2x M3 20mm screws. I sliced mine with Elegoo's version of Cura 4.8.0. at the "Extra Fine" 0.06mm preset with the following edits: Infill Density: 100 Printing Temperature Initial Layer: 210 Generate Support: Yes Support Structure: Tree
