My take on the Gear Replacement - I reused the magnets and original screws with a little super glue to hold. Adjustment for printer tolerance on the screw holes and step motor shaft holes is needed based on your printer. My tolerance was .15mm. I designed it in Fusion 360. I hope this helps anyone who has the same problem
