ISSUES The start > wobble > stop> restart works 6 /10 on the elegoo mercury plus The wash cycle was to gentle for me Materials Simple known how to open up your machine If its in warranty reach out to elegoo If its out of warranty like mine tinker and make it better 4 Magnets 20mm by 4 mm height 4 Magnets 20 mm by 4 mm with holes Retain the collet, washer and screw from the og bucket A youtube vid on how to open up your machine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWF1EC2axwA Please remember to mark the cables exiting the motherboard The print tolerances were just right for me but I suggest a super draft at half height & stop So that you can test the friction fit magnets and the smooth spin on the collet Aim for a smooth spin and fit on the collet !!! important !!! The 4 magnets 20 mm x 4mm friction fit eliminating the need for epoxy or cyanoacrylate I did print my own collet but it had simply more issues to fix I have provided the original untinkered propeller if you want to design you own It gave me a chance to also improve the turn table I found the og turn table to have 2 magnets in diametrically opposite position with 2 empty spots Just need to drill into the 2 present holes ( see image) for M3 screw to hold the magnets and loctite Put dust filters on the air ports Placed spare heat sinks on the stepper motor as these do get hot Haven't actually measured temp but that's my next project Its a start every time now with minimal wobble and no judder stops Work on a collet remains in progress
