Elegoo Mars Pro Internal Carbon Filter Housing
thingiverse
A replica of the internal carbon filter housing that comes with the Elegoo Mars Pro. The charcoal block is hot glued inside the original and was no longer working to get rid of the resin smell. After removing the filter with some water (it dissolves) I cracked the case trying to get the glue out. 3D printing to the rescue! I'd recommend cutting a Carbon Pad into sections to fill the inside of it with. Printing with supports is a must with the legs of the housing on the bed of the printer. There are a couple small differences between this and the stock version that won't cause any issues in use but should be noted. This one doesn't have the very slight inward angle as the official, the outside rounded edges aren't as rounded, and because the side thicknesses varied wildly on mine from 1.5 to 2MM I made the top casing slightly wider width and length wise than stock and made the thickness 2MM for ease of printing.
