I'm thrilled to have created a tool that makes print removal easier than ever! This innovative device includes a 2mm channel that securely holds the plate in place, ensuring a smooth printing experience. The design features a cut-out for the metal bolt, allowing for easy attachment and detachment. The angled shape of the dripper enables excess resin to flow off effortlessly from the far end, minimizing mess and waste. To catch any stray drips, I've added a raised end that contains them within the unit, keeping your workspace clean and organized (image not included). For added precision, the angled holder accounts for the increasing thickness of the build plate towards its center. The stock resin dripper comes with a built-in feature to keep the unit firmly in place, as the metal head of the plate is typically heavier than most prints. I printed this device using a 0.35mm layer height (hence the stepping) with a 0.5mm nozzle, completing it in approximately four hours.
