Final Update 2/28/2020. Enforced heater holder with thicker walls to ensure secure fitment. Please delete existing files and download the latest version for a complete build. Let me know if any issues arise during printing, as tolerances are tight but allow for some play. This design builds upon the original by Minimax (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4126278), which I highly recommend due to its excellent features: 1. Effective odor exhaust 2. Raised cover for maximum z-height during tall prints 3. Simple, solid build requiring minimal supports and fitting perfectly on my Ender 3 bed To adapt this design for printing with Siraya Tech Blu resin, I added two essential components: 1st - Block-Off Plates for the vents to utilize as a riser, allowing easy removal when setting up ventilation with a duct. This addition also enables the installation of a heater to maintain an optimal temperature range of 25~30c inside the cover. 2nd - Heater vent hole on the Rear Panel for the Mini heater mod and added a thermostat hole. The Mini Heater Holder snaps into place, awaiting testing (still printing). The Cura Project file is available for download, allowing modifications to print settings. This print took 19.5 hours with settings of three shells, 120mm/s, 10% infill, and 1.2 mm retraction at 35mm/s using a SKR Mini V1.2, BMG extruder, E3D V6 hotend in direct drive configuration with dual Z-rods and pancake stepper mounted on the BMG/E3DV6 petfang combob. Printed in eSUN PLA+ at 210c/80c. For the Heater mod cover by Yayyohh (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4009868), I used this design to create the Heater mount on the rear panel. Heater mod cost: ~ $30 USD - This simple heater hack works great! Siraya tech requires a minimum temperature of 25c for optimal printing. The solution is outlined below: Heater: $13 usd (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07573FKSG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?creativeASIN=B07573FKSG&linkCode=w61&imprToken=8yAYGtuoLD2dLwgW8OLW.w&slotNum=0&ie=UTF8&psc=1&tag=tv-auto-20) Heater Controller: $17 usd (https://www.amazon.com/OPULENT-SYSTEMS-Controller-Germination-Temperature/dp/B07R76NT3R/ref=sr_1_12?creativeASIN=B07R76NT3R&linkCode=w61&imprToken=8yAYGtuoLD2dLwgW8OLW.w&slotNum=1&keywords=heat+mat+thermostat&qid=1578589548&sr=8-12&tag=tv-auto-20) To use the Mini Heater Mod, simply plug in the controller to a power outlet, set your desired temperature range (25c~30c), and then connect the Mini Heater to the 12v port on the controller. The built-in thermostat will automatically cut off power to the heater when the inside temperature reaches the set point, ensuring safe and efficient printing. I will post pictures of the finished print at a later time.
