Elegoo Mars Cover Spacer
thingiverse
Simple Elegoo Mars Cover Spacer. It lets me route wiring for my polyimide film outside the printer easily. The latest design allows me to remove it without disturbing the wires at all. I use two adhesive film strips, wired in parallel, to keep my resin temperature around 35 degrees Celsius. It's still a work in progress - I need to tidy it up and add quick disconnects, case, mounting, etc. Parts list: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076PD7TXW https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GQPT9VG https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GD4ZQRS https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072Z92QZ2 ######################################## UPDATE: 22 FEB 2020 I've replaced the polyimide film with a 12V, 100W PTC heater and fan. While the film worked great, it was a hassle to remove the tray anytime I needed to. With the new heater and fan, I can leave it mounted on the base and only need to disconnect the temperature sensor. This required a new power supply to provide the necessary current. It's louder now, but more convenient. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082HR1GWY https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01E6RMASC https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XRKMYKR
