For my Chitu Systems Conjure Rigid Review:What is nice is that even the thinnest areas hold after IPA wash and cure. I can design in threaded holes and run a tap in them and screw right into it. I also normally ad 0.08 mm to all holes that having a mating part, and this resin keeps the tight tolerances. You will want a room charcoal scrubber right next to your printer as it is a strong smell, putting it there a about Speed # 6 keeps the smell almost undetectable. The one in the Saturn 2 is not sufficient and I only keep it in there to help keep the temperature stable. AC Infinity also has a 4-Inch, but I like the efficiency of the 6-Inch, and it works great with the Adapter for the Elelgoo Wash Station Basket for drying my parts before cure.AC Infinity Blower, Search Amazon.com for: B09456J5CCiPower GLFILT6M 6 Inch Air Carbon Filter, Search Amazon for: B008NYF8S4I like to print what I call Prototype Draft Quality. I will normally print at 0.10 mm layer height which cuts my printing time in half, helps my UV and display last longer as they are on for less time, and the print settings I uses seam to work will all of the other Nylon-Like and ABS-Like resins. In order for these attached settings to work, you need to have your resin bath @ 31.5c. I have a custom heater setup where I have a sensor in my bath, and a modified mini heater. On Amazon.com search for "B07573FKSG" to find it fast. With this controller: On Amazon.com search for "B08FM9YPWT"I have never used the: "Youyoute Mini Heater for 3D Printer, Resin 3D Printer Temperature Controller Heating Thermostat Temp Control for LCD DLP 3D Printers"; On Amazon.com search for "B0BL6WZPM9" to find it fast.I cure it in the ELEGOO UV Curing Station for 30-minutes, then for 60-minutes in my Formlabs Curing station @ 50c. I like to get them as stability cured as I can. The grey is the one I buy and it is more like engineering grey, has a slight blue tint to it that I really like.Dremel:https://www.amazon.com/Dremel-3000-1-24-Attachment-Accessories/dp/B005JRJE56/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2QWGCX1VV1S60&keywords=B005JRJE56&qid=1699164498&sprefix=b005jrje56%2Caps%2C95&sr=8-1Rotary Tool Cut-Off Wheels for Plastic:https://www.amazon.com/Dremel-EZ476-2-Inch-Cut-Off-Plastic/dp/B000FBLRW4/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3GJFV1R3BM5VN&keywords=B000FBLRW4&qid=1699164459&sprefix=b000fblrw4%2Caps%2C89&sr=8-1Zip Ties and Mounts:https://www.amazon.com/XHF-Back-Glue-Protection-Fasteners-Management/dp/B08F77YVYB/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3R89DD8G98PNG&keywords=B08F77YVYB&qid=1699164628&sprefix=b08f77yvyb%2Caps%2C87&sr=8-1ELEGOO SATURN 2 ESP32-FILTERCAM:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6299018NOTES:If your print is stuck to the FEP sheet do not try to pry it off. I wear gloves and push it slowly from the back side until it pops up on the edge where I can peel it off. Always use gloves as you do not want to get the resin on you ever.Common Reasons for Print Failures:1.) As mentioned above bed leveling is super easy, just do as the instructions say.2.) If Resin is not shaken properly.3.) If Resin is too cold. Lower temperatures make it hard for the cured resin to peel off of the FEP Sheet. Higher temp lowers viscosity and solves many printing issues.(My Solution: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6298823) (Out of a box solution: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=B0BL6WZPM9)4.) Your part is not oriented for print success. Not at an angle, cuping, ect. 5.) Not enough supports.6.) Your print settings are not correct. (ELEGOO has some settings on thier page. https://www.elegoo.com/blogs/3d-printer-user-guide/elegoo-printers-resin-setting-sheet) (In my thingiverse post above I have the settings I like to use, but I make functional parts, so my requirements are different.)7.) Does your display show the test image?8.) Could be one, some, or all of the above. No special order. Also if you are new to printing you might want out check out LYCHEE SLICER RESIN & FILAMENT. The free version has auto-layout support, everyting. Not a perfect slicer in the auto orientation department. but it can help you get going. If you like you can export it as an stl for Chitubox and slice it there. Load your model, select it with your mouse, then click the Light Green Magic Icon on the left toolbar on the bottom. Then just click "I'm Feeling Lucky" with all options on and watch the magic show, 🙂.https://mango3d.io/downloads/Hope it helps.lijiaer_at_cbd-3d.com
