Assembly is a breeze: simply pass the USB plug through the hole, click the charging disk snugly into place, and route the cable down the cable channel. The charging disk can be easily inserted or removed at will, with no risk of damaging it in the process. I've included the Fusion 360 archive, so you can customize it to your heart's content, adding text, logos, and other features as desired. This watch stand is precision-crafted to fit the genuine charging cable that comes with the Series 5. If you're using a third-party or older cable, you may need to adjust the file slightly. I recommend printing a test piece first to ensure a proper fit. You can use your slicer's x,y size compensation feature to tweak the fit without editing the model. For optimal results, print with three perimeters and 20% infill, which will give your watch stand its desired stiffness and weight. Printed in Prusament Galaxy Black, using 0.13mm layers on my Railcore 300ZL.
