The chamber, designed for electrophoretic tissue clearing (CLARITY), adheres to protocol dimensions from http://clarityresourcecenter.org/. The top fits with internal extensions sliding into slits on the chamber's exterior. An adjustable O-ring (McMaster-Carr's 9557K165) creates a seal when slid down and locked between the groove and ring. Drilling may be required for wire access holes, which primarily serve as guides. Suggestions for improvement are welcome since this design is still in progress.
