I started looking for ways to better organize my wiring for a new printer build and thought, "Terminal blocks would be super helpful". After searching online, I found that there weren't many decent ones available, so I decided to create one quickly. This handy terminal block consists of two parts and comes in eight pre-made sizes. It's designed to work with standard M3 bolts and nuts. To assemble it, you'll need a soldering iron and possibly a knife for cleaning up the edges. Here are the assembly instructions: Print out both the top and bottom sections. Make sure the top fits snugly into the channels of the bottom section. If your printer is prone to over-extruding or messy prints, there might be some excess material to clean up with a knife. Once it's properly aligned, use a soldering iron to press the M3 nuts into the pre-made slots on the bottom section. Then, attach the top section and screw it into place using the end holes. Just remember that I'm not responsible for your actions - please don't attach this terminal block to something heavy or inappropriate! This design offers options ranging from one to eight terminals. There's also a SketchUp file available with each version and the building blocks to create your own custom design. I settled on eight terminals as it fits perfectly within my current print bed size.
