Electronics fan BCN3D+ Noise reduction
thingiverse
The BCN3D+ arrived with a blower fan that cools the electronics efficiently, but it can produce noise levels up to 55 decibels. I swapped this setup for two or three axial fans running much more quietly, around 40 decibels. I have been using this configuration with two fans pointing at the mosfet and stepper motor driver, and it has worked fine so far. For additional cooling, you can add a third fan to the mix.
