This is an electronics enclosure specifically designed to house the SKR v1.3-board from Bigtreetech in an Ender 3 printer setup. It seamlessly replaces the original box while leaving sufficient space for cable management and accommodating large heatsinks. The 40x40 Y-axis beam configuration remains compatible with this design, allowing easy access to the SD card slot and USB connector. The enclosure itself can be printed without any supports required, making the process relatively straightforward. I opted for a layer height of 0.16mm to ensure precise detail in the honeycomb patterns. If you have experience printing with thicker layers, feel free to share your results in the comments section below. To enhance noise reduction, I installed a 40mm Noctua fan within the enclosure. Any other 40mm fan should work just as well (the original one included). The bottom of the fan is visible through the lid, which helps maintain an unobtrusive appearance while still providing adequate airflow.
