Our new electronics box offers ample space for ramps, board, and cable chain management at the bottom, plus it attaches to our cable chain system seamlessly. This design is specifically tailored for our new REVOLUITONi3 3D Printer and will also work perfectly with Prusa Rework i3 3D Printers. The electronics box is an integral part of our Revolution Media Group Cable Chain System. The Revolution Media Group Cable Chain System is a comprehensive solution that allows you to create a complete cable covering system, effortlessly attaching to motors, power boxes, buttons, and more - All cables covered! You can download the entire cable chain system for just $1.30 or individually download each part as needed. We designed this cable chain system with our Revolutioni3 3D printers in mind, and it has been put to the test in a fleet of our printers at Ryerson University, Canada's leading technical institute. Our printers are being used extensively by students, who are handling them frequently, so we designed the cable chain system to protect all cables as the printers are moved around classrooms. Using M4 Bolts and M4 Nuts, you can assemble the box for a sturdy build without relying on super glue. Simply drill your own holes to attach the back plate to your frame, giving you complete control over the height placement. The ramps mounts are conveniently located on the back plate, making it easy to set up. The round hole on the right side of the box (inner side) is designed for round cable cover tubing, housing cables from the extruder to the electronics box. Additionally, the round hole and four holes on the door provide a secure attachment point for a 40mm fan - note that a square fan cover file is also included.
