I required a clamping collar to secure an old analogue panel mount ammeter firmly in place. The original metal band had cracked and was stretching when clamped. I designed my own collar as follows. It necessitates M3 Screw size or a coarse threaded screw for plastic use. The specifications are: 53mm ID, 3mm thickness, and 6mm height. This design can be remixed using Openscad for customization and adjustments.
