This is a magnifier based on a webcam and a tablet.

You need:

A tablet (only tested on Android)

A webcam Razer Kiyo

An OTG adapter to connect the webcam to the tablet

A photo camera screw (0.25" / 20tpi) 15mm long (Optional as one printable model is provided. but printed screws are fragile).

A M5x30 screw

A M5 nut

The Razer Kiyo is a good camera for the job as there is a ring lightning that keeps the text to read clear in many conditions from low lightning in winter to high reflection in summer. i didn't test an other ring lightning webcam.

Printing other people models always struggle when you have to source the proper hardware. Let me know if you want other dimensions for the screws.

You also need an app on the tablet allowing you to adjust the focus. I tested “USB Camera Standard” from Infinitegra on Android. By adjusting the height of the camera, you change the field of view then the magnification factor. If you adjust the height, you then have to adjust the focus on the Razer Kiyo though the App on the tablet.
