Build up a XY-FZ35 (or similar) into a Milwaukee 18V battery powered electronic load with a few electrical components and a 3D printed case. This electronic load is good for ~35W and is capable of drawing a constant current load. When paired with a M18 battery this makes for a handy electronic load without being tied to a wall outlet.
