Low-cost electronic sheet metal inspector based on Raspberry Pi. It has been designed for use in sheet metal production inspection, similar to the attached GIF. Consisting of four cameras that process images using OpenCV present in Raspberry Pi. An LED spotlight is also included to assist with lighting. The equipment should be hung over a stand so as not to influence the inspection. This design is only conceptual and has no communication or electrical connections. It was budgeted at R$ 4000 BRL (2019) and features software programmed based on Artificial Intelligence, achieving 90% accuracy in determining specific faults. For this project, components such as cameras, video consoles, reflectors, and Raspberry Pi were sourced from GRABCAD. Designed using Solidworks 2019.
