A custom T joint for 1.5 inch tubing, designed specifically to replace a broken one on my Yamaha DTXpress 3. Ensure that strong plastic is used, as anything less may snap under pressure. To achieve optimal results, I recommend at least three perimeters and a high infill percentage. This will provide the necessary strength and durability for the joint. Supports are essential, but be prepared for some frustration when trying to remove them. A Dremel has proven to be an invaluable tool in this situation. Before pressing nuts into place, I found it helpful to soften the plastic using a lighter. This made the process much smoother and more manageable. The .SLDPRT files have been included for anyone who wants to experiment with and customize the design.
