Electrolyzer for hydrogen production

The electrolyzer consists of different parts, which can be connected via screws. In the lower section, the eight electrodes are separated by diaphragms so that when water is split by electricity, the gases hydrogen and oxygen rise separately. These gases are finally collected in test tubes, which are screwed into a holder upside down. The hydrogen and oxygen, respectively, can then be used for other applications. In addition to the 3D printed model, other components are needed (eight electrodes, nuts, two threaded rods, heat shrink tubing, test tubes with coils). Additional sealing with Sikaflex at the transitions of the parts is recommended.
