Electrolysis Chamber

Electrolysis Chamber

thingiverse

Create a homemade electrolysis machine to generate hydrogen gas! This device separates hydrogen from oxygen in water, perfect for science experiments or filling balloons and airships. To build it, print key parts with high-temperature settings for waterproofing. Assemble the pieces using silicone caulking and attach two stainless steel bolts as electrodes. Connect each bolt to a DC power supply, using the negative side as the cathode (hydrogen production) and positive as anode (oxygen production). Add a tap water and electrolyte solution through a funnel, filling balloons attached to balloon nozzles. Turn on the power source, and watch hydrogen-filled balloons inflate while preventing gas mixing with oxygen.
