I experienced an issue in the Electrolux ERGOSPACE vacuum cleaner due to a worn-out component responsible for securing the tube attachment when not in use.\n\n To replace it, I created a new version of the part, accurately replicating its complex design by adding concentric ribs for increased structural integrity where it connects with the metal tube.\n\n Instructions\n In this case, we will be using a 80% filler rate, an improvement over the initial trial which was at 40%, and successfully lasted for several months before being damaged.\n\n To replace the original part, simply remove it from the head while taking note of a crucial component - a small yellow plastic ring part approximately 2-3 mm wide - attached between the replacement part and the intake. This critical piece needs to be preserved and reused for seamless assembly.\n\n To ensure smooth functionality and optimal performance, I recommend employing sandpaper to smoothen out the connection area before attaching the parts together with the above-mentioned ring component, coupled with the application of PTFE Grease between the head and the replacement part.
