Electrolux / Frigidaire dishwasher top spray arm and bearing
thingiverse
I bought a open box dishwasher at a bargain price. I knew the upper spray arm and bearing was damaged and was missing. I just did not know how much the replacement would cost. Checked the web and found those two parts would cost $200+. That would eat away at the incredible savings. Since there was no good detail images of the parts, off I went to Lowes with my cheapo vernier and tape. I found the same dishwasher model and took measurements and photos. FreeCAD was used. It is free and does the simple job easily. The length of the spray arm is 330mm. However, my Ender3 Pro can only print a max length of 300mm along the diagonal of XY bed. I could've printed 330mm if I used the Z diagonal but it would waste more material for support and the print would not be as strong and be not as nicely finished. Even with all the prototype versions, the total material and electricity cost is less than $20. I hope this help anyone else in the same predicament.
