This is a dual hose conversion rear panel for the "Electrolux Chill Flex Pro EXP35U538CW" airconditioner.

I implemented the same Electrolux connector made by wejn.
It works great with his 150mm hose attachment.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Parts:

-There is a "FullSize" version if you have a very large printer.
-A Split version where the panel is cut in half.
-Electrolux connector.
-Aligning strips.

-The “aligning strips” are only (barely) needed in the split version. There are matching slots on the back of the panel.
They helped a bit to align the parts when gluing them together, and also add some strength when finished.
If used, print 4x of them.

-The Electrolux connector should be printed with supports.

-The split panels only needs some supports in the middle of the big inlet hole.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Post Print:

It's up to you to decide how and with what to glue all the parts together.
It depends a bit on what material you printed with, what glue you have and how many arms that can assist you.

I printed mine out of PLA and glued the parts together with a combination of thick and thin superglue mixed with baking soda as filler :)

The thick superglue was used for attaching all the parts togheter, and when it had set I filled any gaps with baking soda and dripped on some of the very thin superglue.

Otherwise I guess that epoxy would be a good/better option. If you have a way to clamp the parts together properly while it sets.

In the end I also added some insect/mosquito netting on the inside to block any debris from getting sucked in.
