Electrohub Drilling Jig

Electrohub Drilling Jig

thingiverse

A straightforward jig for drilling the mounting holes for the Flitetest Electrohub that accommodates 1/2 inch wooden dowels. The unmarked hole at the end should be drilled through regardless of the quad's configuration. X holes are designed for an X configuration quad, which will also work with hexacopters or octocopters, and the S hole is intended for a spider configuration quad, often referred to as a dead cat quad. This jig makes drilling consistent and precise, leading to a more polished overall build. Update: The original jig was slightly too long from the end to the first hole, measuring 1-2mm longer than recommended by Flitetest. To correct this issue, the length has been adjusted to approximately 6mm, aligning with the suggested specification.
