Electrode Holder for FTIR

To verify surface modification of a gold disk electrode for my research, I had to conduct an FT-IR test. The setup consisted of a custom-designed holder that enabled the electrode to sit on the surface of a Cary 630 FTIR spectrometer equipped with a diamond ATR attachment. This holder allowed the electrode to remain upright while applying consistent pressure across multiple electrodes being measured using a weight holder. Due to its top-heavy design, an additional weight was necessary to secure the stand in place.
