This 3d model was created in Blender 2.79, rendered using Cycles, and comes with materials and textures that have been applied to all file formats. You can find this model in .blend, .obj, .dae, .fbx, or .stl format. All of these file formats were built to work directly into your 3D software. You will also find multiple png image textures ready for use. Preview scenes are provided using Blender's Cycles engine. Blend files have rendering scene and render command built-in. When rendered it matches the previews you see here today. Models are created only out of quads and have low poly counts that are great for games but detailed enough for any type of 3d scene, including architectural or engineering drawings.
