This 3D model features realistic textures and is ready for immediate use in any scene or as a standalone prop with accurate real-world scale and proportions. It boasts excellent polygon efficiency, different topology, and is suitable for gaming purposes. However, it lacks interior walls. The model comes in various file formats, including 3DS, FBX, OBJ, Cinema4d R11, Maya 2010, MAX (Vray and Standard versions), and a native 3ds Max 2009 file. Materials are provided in Multi Sub-Object format, with texture setup only available in MAX format (vray and scanline). UVW mapping is applied, and textures can be easily repainted. Studio lighting setups are not included, but all objects have unique names for easy selection. Please note that depending on the software package used, exchange formats may not match preview images exactly due to potential texture loading and triangulated geometry issues.
