This 3D model features realistic textures and is ready for use in any scene or as a standalone prop, with real-world scale and proportions. It boasts excellent polygon efficiency and different topology. The model, compatible with various software formats like 3DS, FBX, OBJ, Cinema4D R11, Maya 2010, Max (Vray & Standard Version), is also suitable for use in games but comes without interior walls. Textures are included in Multi Sub-Object format and set up only in MAX (vray & scanline version) with UVW mapping applied on defuse maps, easily repaintable. Studio setup is not included, and the native file format is 3ds Max 2009(max), while other formats were converted from this MAX file. The model includes same material objects for easy selection, all uniquely named. Please be aware that exchange formats may not match preview images exactly due to their nature, requiring manual loading of some textures and possibly triangulated geometry.
