I secure my Logitech c920 to some 3/4" electrical conduit (EMT) using my Mostly Printed CNC. Any webcam with a standard 1/4" 20 threads-per-inch mounting hole will work. I get a 1/4" 20 TPI screw from the local hardware store... The clamping part has a screw hole designed to fit a very snug #10.
