Print using supports at about 60° also a brim on the inner and outer. I printed mine out a PETG with 3 parameters and 25% infill. I added an infill modifier for the bottom to the bottom of the palm plate to make it solid. Mark off the area inside the hole so no supports will go inside of there. If you want you can put a small hose clamp around the bottom to tighten it if it gets too loose overtime for the most part it's OK.
