The charger inlet cover on an electric vehicle requires a sealing and friction solution; originally, o-rings were intended but, without proper size ones, Sugru was used instead. It only needed to be applied thinly on the inside where o-ring grooves are located. Alternatively, you can modify the scad file to suit o-rings if the right sizes are available. The STL has a 4mm hole for attaching a tether with a bolt; this feature can be disabled in openscad if necessary.
