Electric Travel Guitar 450mm Scale Length

Firstly this isn't so much a remix as it is a completely redesigned model loosely based on Sergey's design. I changed the scale length to 450mm 18frets which added about 30mm overall to the length. Like the original I have provided 2 neck types, printed frets and the other for glueing 3mm piano wire or nails in the grooves. The necks print vertically without support if you have good bed adhesion. I used Brim for the nut end only. The fret calculator from stewmac is included for reference. I liked Sergey's original design but it had too many issues. Mainly it was designed for Russian tuner spacing which are bigger that anything we can buy off amazon/ebay etc. It also used a 25x12mm reinforcement tube which I found a little expensive or harder to source so I redesigned it to use 2x 8mm rods or threaded bar which is very cheap and easy to source. The body is a complete redesign to accept european standard classical guitar tuners, also cheap and easy to source. When printing add minimal custom supports to the bridge and tuner area. I also added an end jack in body and used an under bridge type piezo pickup which gives better tone than Sergey's telephone transducer design. I added 6 free running string rollers set into the body instead of the fiddly little plate on the original. These run freely on a 4mm round nail cut to length. Spacers are included for each roller This has been a lot of trial and error and has been through a dozen transformations to get it to this point. I also designed it in much higher resolution so it prints rounded and smooth rather than the 7 sided holes and curves of the original. I hope you all like it and would love to see some of your makes
