I used dual extrusion for this model to produce the letter in a distinct color. You can utilize only the "Block" component and leave the letter blank to fill it later with your preferred content. The letter can be effortlessly modified from within the SCAD file. If you require a specific letter that proves challenging to create using the SCAD environment, I am more than happy to provide assistance. All sizes of the holes are fully customizable.
