This is my homemade electric surfboard. I've used it on a 125-liter surfboard already. For the fin adapter, you'll need to design your own fin since I'm fairly certain that mine won't work with your surfboard. It reaches a top speed of 20 kilometers per hour when carrying a 60-kilogram person. I used a waterproof electronic box for the battery compartment and sealed the inlet using airplane sealant (RTV). Runtime with two 10,000mAh batteries is approximately 20 minutes at full power. Don't try it without water cooling - both ESCs started burning in the water during version one. I added a switch to turn on the water pump separately.
