Electric skateboard wheel pulley - Loki trucks

This drive pulley is designed specifically for www.vikingskateco.com boards and kits. It's a 60-tooth pulley that serves as an ideal replacement for our standard wheels. This adapter enables you to switch between Abecs and clones seamlessly, working flawlessly on both the 83mm and 90mm clones. We haven't yet tested it with Abec wheels firsthand. Printed in ABS material, you can easily attach the pegs to their holes using ABS glue made from scraps of ABS and acetone. ABS is also necessary for its heat resistance properties. We chose not to print this drive pulley in one piece due to concerns about strength, which is heavily influenced by print orientation. One-piece prints failed after minimal testing, but printing it in this particular orientation has exceeded our expectations significantly. As you can see from the accompanying images, a lot of fine-tuning was required to achieve perfection with this design.
