I made it for a project I'm working on. The best approach is to print it sideways or without support if possible. Locking it can be very challenging, depending on how well it's printed - a little sandpaper won't hurt. I've been printing it on an AnyCubic i3 and it always fits perfectly. You can find the motor at AliExpress, Banggood, or HobbyKing. It pairs flawlessly with a 40t wheel pulley and a HobbyKing Turnigy motor mount. The Electric Skateboard RaceStar 5065 Motor Pulley is also worth considering, especially with an 18t for a 15mm wide belt. I printed it in Nylon 100% infill at 50 miles per hour and it held up but I would recommend using something stronger in the future. Update: The last STL file was incorrect; it had a 1mm shaft instead of the correct 8mm. Sorry about that. I've since created a better version. In testing, I also used PLA and after 80 miles it's still going strong, but it starts to show some wear - however, this doesn't affect the ride at all.
