A custom-designed belt cover was created to perfectly fit an 83mm wheel, paired with a 36-tooth pulley attached to the wheel and a 20-tooth pulley mounted directly on the motor. The design provides a snug, flush fit against the motor mount while still offering generous clearance around both the wheel and the belt itself.
