Electric skateboard HTD 5M 200mm pulley

This is a 15mm thick HTD 5M pulley perfect for affordable wheels in the 26cm diameter range. The robust pulley is permanently bonded to the metal steel hub, boasting an inner diameter of 40.5mm. Engineered to withstand approximately 1400W of power, this gear ensures seamless performance! Featuring a 200mm diameter gear wheel, I opted for this size; however, if given another opportunity, I would choose a 220mm diameter for maximum efficiency. Paired with a 12T pinion gear, this setup navigates asphalt and moderate hills effortlessly. Achieving sufficient torque remains the most significant challenge in skateboarding. This particular gear required an impressive 27 hours to print using PETG at a print speed of 37mm/s. When combined with a 12T pinion, the ratio reaches approximately 11:1, while an 8:1 ratio is achieved on the skateboard wheel. The pulley successfully handles high-performance brushless outrunner motors like the Racerstar 6368. As a self-made skateboard enthusiast, I'm thrilled to share this design, encouraging others to create innovative pulleys for high-powered toys!
