I crafted a custom battery cover for my electric skateboard project. This design holds three Zippy Compact 5000mAh 3S 25C Lipo Packs snugly in place. The available space measures 150x150x31, and the 4mm shell thickness provides robust protection. Update: I refined the edges to make them shorter and reinforced them for added strength - they were quite brittle initially.
