This CAD model showcases my scooter battery packs, designed for use with a custom controller and brushless 3-phase hub motor. Each pack has an 8s6p configuration with 48 cells, yielding 115Wh capacity per pack. Two packs are wired in series for a total scooter battery capacity of 230Wh. The design utilizes non-conductive materials like acrylic and polycarbonate, with silicon between cell terminals and an acrylic outer sheet. Anderson SB50 connectors are used, along with rubber insulation, while nuts and bolts come from McMaster-Carr. Kindly share your thoughts on this design. Enjoy!
