This is a bushing custom-made for GE Electric Motor (5BC48JB550B) models commonly used on golf carts from Harley Davidson and EZ-Go, as well as forklifts from companies like Taylor Dunn. The part number for the EZ-Go model is 15436-G1. Feeling frustrated with the $7/bushing plus shipping price tag, I decided to measure one of my existing good bushings and design it myself instead of buying a new one.
