The inspiration behind this model came from watching a YouTube video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4tHmGSwrgxA. I fortified the motor mount since it was made of metal, so the model became thicker with long cylinders going through it to reinforce the design further. During testing, using 75% infill produced more than sufficient results for this application, but 100% infill would be ideal. To attach this mount to the longboard, a safe 2-part epoxy specifically designed for use with plastic materials is highly recommended. The Gates belt I used is available at http://www.royalsupply.com/store/pc/Gates-320-5M-15-PowerGrip-HTD-Belt-9293-2707-1039p18317.htm, sourced locally from Royal Supply in the United States. Here are the guidelines for printing this design: Recommended material is ABS; Infill of 100% produces the best results; a lower layer height of 0.3mm/300 microns or less yields optimal outcomes; Printing speed should be maintained at 25mm/s; and, for my own record, this model was printed using a Zortrax M200.
