Be very cautious when trying to fix an electric device because there's a serious risk of a fatal electric shock if you're not careful. Unplug the device first to prevent any accidents from happening! Our Tefal electric kettle has a broken switch, so I took it apart to take a closer look. To my surprise, the lid above the switch can be easily removed, allowing me to access and replace the broken part. After removing the broken switch, I measured it, drew it, and printed it using a 3D printer. To my delight, the kettle is working perfectly again! Here are some of my printing settings: * Print with support: Yes * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: 20% * Notes: The parts with support need to be cleaned well because they're hidden under the lid after reassembling. After completing the print job, I wanted to take apart the device again to clean up any leftover residue from the printing process. That's when I noticed some clips at the bottom that needed to be carefully bent upwards using a screwdriver or similar tool to loosen the entire device. To remove the top cover, simply slip the lid underneath it and gently press down to ensure everything fits tightly together without needing glue during reassembly.
