Electric Guitar Holder
thingiverse
This is my inaugural designed "useful" print. I wanted to enable my guitars to hang on the dry wall instead of being positioned at the bottom with stands. Initially, I had my holes drilled and bored using a power tool for testing purposes; I refined the design and created larger holes for the screw. You can use a power tool to refine the holes if necessary. The screws should still be able to penetrate and make a tight connection. Required (for dry wall): Three 8 X 1/2" drywall screws with anchors (you can choose longer screws if desired) A guitar, naturally, or any object applicable Printed in PLA, ABS is recommended for better results. 50% infill (increase it if you feel uneasy about the weight) 45 mm/s 2 mm height Printed with the base on the bed and cylinders vertical. I was advised that it would be better to print this horizontally so there is minimal layer separation. Of course, there will be supports, but it will still work; rock solid.
