The food incubator is a combination of dryer, baking oven, and food dehydrator in one system. It gives users the option to do any of the mentioned processes.It comprises of three (3) chambers separately monitored/controlled through an electronic control unit. Its versatile nature prevents food spoilage, rapidpreparation, and multitasking. The primary heat source is an electric heating coil wired around the chambers.Items that can be dried include: vegetables, fish, meat, tubers, plantain and chips.Items that can be baked: bread, cakes, pastries, and other light meals.Items that can be dehydated: vegetables (tomatoes, spices,…), meat, fish, and other perishables.
